Question Velocity spamming crazy error

Hi, recently i was schoked , bec after the new vipe (season) started on my minecraft server, i setted up the older version on the server for better optimization (from 1.19 to 1.16.5) the Velocity gone mad and started spamming in console this error:

And on the server started being crazy things. Some part of players always was kicked with error

"an internal error occured in your connection"

the players noticed, that when them hit other players they recieve kick(disconect) with error "an internal error occured in your connection". Also, they saw that when them just walk on grass - they recieved kick(disconnect) in a particular area. And if them join again and stay in this area they always had kick(disconnect) in 2-3 secods after join. If them move out - they DOESNT got kick(disconnect) anymore. This is crazy. We have 5 servers on Velocity, and the newest one worked normally WITHOUT Velocity on PurPur 1.16.5. And after connected Velocity - this error started again. On the server where player noticed vrazy things and received kick(disconnect) we trying removed all plugins and error dont move. This is 100% error in Velocity. We dont know what to do, bec someones of players kicked(disconnected) immediately, someones after some time for playing and someones dont kick(disconnect) absolutely, If you can help by any means please do it Because the player doesnt undarstand error and always blame us and do not understand why we have not been able to fix the error for several days. How can we fix this error?

Contact the authors and if they don't respond, use another plugin.
