Question Cannot use /send

I am trying to run /send, all I am getting is "Unknown Command".

Here is my Velocity plugins list:

Note: I've given myself permissions using Luckperms & I don't even know if Luckperms works.

Try /server <servername>

You can't use velocity commands in spigot console
