I have been unable to access many papermc.io subdomains, aside from that, my internet seems completely normal.

All the unreachable domains have the following ips in common:
IIRC this have been a problem very long time but I've never really dug into it until recently.
Because of that, I doubt it is a simple ip ban as my ip is dynamic and has been reassigned many times now.
This also doesn't seem like a "global" problem as:
Unsure of what the problem is but if its a cidr/asn block (as I suspect), my ASN is AS28573.
