How do I make a plugin that works fine under Paper work under Folia? I didn't find any documentation on this.

To make your plugins “work“ on Folia you need to append “folia-supported: true“ to the plugin.yml. To then actually make your plugin work you will probably have to make some changes. Most information available is in the folia repo. I would just recommend reading through the readme. And follow the links it provides. There isn‘t really a straight forward guide you will just have to try it and see.
