Lag spikes on server

I have lag spikes on the server

Could you please help me figure out what causes it and how to fix it?

Specs: 2 vCPU (AMD Ryzen 5 3600), 8 GB RAM, 60 GB NVMe

Some areas on your server seem to contain quite a few entities. Try to reduce the amount of entities you have in your world.
