I have a paper server with my friends and i was wondering if i could code a vanilla style datapack, put it in the server datapacks folder and if it would work for bedorkc players, thanks.
Question Can i add my own datapacks to a paper bukkit server and make it so that it works for both java and bedrock?

Paper is a Java Edition server. As such, you won't find success with Bedrock players connecting.
There are plugins that provide functionality to allow Bedrock to connect, but you would want to ask them about pack support.
