Question Armor Desynchronization Issue on My Server

Server Details:

• Server Version: Paper 1.12.2-1620 (git-paper-1620)
• Server Host: Self-hosted
• Active Plugins: LuckPerms, ViaVersion, WorldGuard, Essentials, vault

The Issue: When I equip armor on my server, there's an occasional visual discrepancy. On my end, the armor appears as if it's been taken off, yet it seems the server recognizes it as still being worn. Other players also see my armor as equipped, suggesting it's a client-server desynchronization issue.

Restarting the client or pressing the armor inventory slot in use will unequip the item.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Equip armor.
2. After some time or specific actions, the armor visually disappears on the client-side.
3. Despite this visual glitch, the server still registers the armor as being worn.

Attempts to Resolve:

• Restarted the server.
• Tested without any plugins active.
• Checked for client and server updates.

Logs & Error Messages: No related errors or warnings found in the server logs.
