    I fixed it. I put in su root and password and now it is working.

    i put the original vanilla jar in the same file but it didnt work. It still wants to download the jar.

    I run java -jar paper.1.12.jar command It starts "Downloading original Jar" and then returns java.io.IOexception server returned HTTP response code 403. This makes zero sense as I have already installed the file so why is it trying to pull it from a web server?
