Feedback Startup exception in Paper-1.21.4 (Build #227)

I've discovered a major problem.

In Paper-1.21.4 build #227, files in the plugins/.paper-remapped directory are being incorrectly set to version #226 files, which triggers the first error shown in the logs.

The second error appears to be caused by some unknown issue.

(For reference: I had been using build #226 without problems until the second error appeared. After upgrading to #227, I encountered this additional first error...)Please help me!

Your first error is that you placed the paper jar inside the plugins folder. Remove it from there, and remove it from the remapped folder. Then, make sure you aren't trying to double-launch your server, because the second and bigger issue is you already have a server running according to that log.

Well you seem to have put the new server jar in the plugin folder and are already running a server on the same port
