When will the latest version PaperSpigot 1.21.5 be released any ideas???

Updates to Paper do not have any sort of estimate for when they release, ever. Any and all updates will arrive when they are ready, and the only thing to do is wait for them patiently along with everyone else.

Also, there was already a thread almost right below this one with the same question.

Also also, it hasn't been called "PaperSpigot" in like 10 years.
