    You can't load new worlds in old Minecraft versions. So since your world was loaded in Paper 1.19.3, it must be loaded in 1.19.3. Other solutions would be to find a backup of the world from 1.19 or delete the world entirely. Should note that Paper only supports 1.19.3 so by switching to 1.19...
