Question Crashing/ tps dropping to half 1.19 Paper

So basicly my server's has been getting these random tps drops when week before it was just fine running 18+ tps all time. yesterday it even crashed and today i set aikars flags and optimized some configs while this helped im still getting tps drops Server is from Contabo and running the plan...
